Nobody in the ‘hood?

March 10th, 2007 5:48:53 pm pst by Sterling Camden

Maybe you’re like me. I kept saying, “I’ll get around to reading Shel Israel’s book-in-progress and commenting on it — as soon as I get caught up.” Well, you know, that never happens. Maybe, like me, you thought that plenty of other people would provide feedback. Guess what? That didn’t happen either.

Sigh. So I went over to Shel’s posts, read them, and gave him as many thoughts as I could squeeze out of my diminished grey matter at the time.

Why not head over there now and put in your two cents? Even if you think he’s painting too rosy a picture of the emerging oneness of humanity — in fact, especially if you disagree with him. Sure, he’ll make money off the book and you’re not going to get any of it. But are you making money at what you’re doing right now? If nothing else, it should make good fodder for a blog post of your own.

Thanks for the pointer, Chip. At this point I need all the help I can get.

No problem, Shel. If I think of anything else I’ll be sure to “chip” it in.
