Hey — thanks for all the linkage. You’re hired.
If you ever feel a burning need to submit something security related for TS, let me know. I’m buddies with the editor in chief.
I’ll keep that in mind – though I’m more likely to feed content to you privately and defer to your expertise on the matter.
I’ll try to remember to thank you for the inspiration with a link back to you, as usual, of course. On the other hand, that IM you sent to me about how to act in response to Microsoft security advisories, padded out to a few hundred words by a summary of the situation and links to a couple more articles on the subject to turn it into a combination news/opinion piece, would probably be a good article.
I might do something very much like that with it in the near future if you don’t beat me to it, in fact. It would depend on time and inspiration, of course. I’ll give all credit where it’s due for the “actionable content” portion, though I probably wouldn’t use that term per se if/when I publish it in TS.
