Now I remember what was familiar about that “freedom is slavery” comment (aside from the obvious Newspeak reference): I wrote something about software licensing a while back entitled MS: Freedom is Slavery; FSF: Slavery is Freedom.
Yes, I remember that fine post.
You may be doing better than me, then. It took me a while to remember that, and I’m the one that wrote it.
Out of sight, out of mind, I guess.
I liked to the useless google stat post. Seems like we can get stats on anything we want now.
