I can still get to it, Stu. What kind of message are you seeing?
I’m seriously considering abandoning online video for the time being as it’s all hiding behind flash now. I want to be able to save, on my local machine, videos I watch without having to dig through my cache.
It would be nice if there were one open standard used everywhere.
Don’t get me wrong, I like flv and swf for online video, just don’t hide the source, so to speak.
Maybe I should save up a bunch of money and start up my online video sharing service that allows you to download the video in one of several formats.
Sounds like a good idea — but you’d have to be ready to pay for some serious bandwidth.
