I don&#039;t know why that is so difficult for our conscious selves to understand, but it is. Somehow it&#039;s built into the consciousness that it assumes that it IS the mind, rather than a somewhat unlikely extension of it - like an appendix of the mental bowels, to use the most &quot;inappropriate&quot; mental image I can muster.]]></description>
